Who does not like tasty, healthy vegetables which can be cooked within minutes? This is such a recipe which can be eaten as a fry substitute with your rice or as a snack, just as any way.
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Sugar- 1 tsp
- Eggplant- cut into slices
- Sweet potato
- Chili powder- to taste
- Water – depends on the paste
- Oil- 2 tablespoons
Cut the Eggplant and Sweetpotatoes in the way you want to.
Add all the other ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan and place the vegetables into it and fry for 15 minutes.
Cook with the lid, since it takes time for the sweet potato to soften.
